By engaging SunnyShoresIT LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for IT services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

SunnyShoresIT LLC provides information technology services including but not limited to:

  • Home networking and Wi-Fi setup
  • Computer support and repair
  • Smart home automation
  • Cybersecurity consulting
  • Data backup and recovery
  • Work-from-home setup

3. Service Area

Our services are primarily available in Nocatee, Jacksonville, St. Johns County, and surrounding areas in Northeast Florida. Remote consultation services may be available outside this area.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service rates and fees will be provided in writing before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties about the results achieved or the performance of third-party hardware or software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may need access to your systems to provide services, and we maintain strict confidentiality of your information.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their systems and requirements
  • Backing up critical data before service begins
  • Providing safe working conditions at service locations
  • Paying invoices in a timely manner

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. Completed work will be billed according to the agreed rates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
